Service charges of CRD Properties is certain percentage of the agreement value in case of Flats / Apartments plus taxes as applicable as per Govt. rules and regulations. Exact percentage  of Service Charges is to be discussed and recorded in advance with CRD Properties before availing services of CRD Properties.

As and when any advertisement is released as per guidelines of Builders/Developers, charges for developing, designing & publishing of such advertisement will be extra and to be borne by Builder / Developer.

Once any customer recommended from CRD Properties’ side signs the agreement to purchase the property, Builders/Developers are requested to please inform the same to CRD Properties on immediate basis and provide details of the agreement and property.

As purchasing of the property is a time consuming process, CRD Properties would request all Builders/Developers to inform CRD Properties about the progress at all stages including visit, phone calls etc. of the customer at different point of time to your site/office.

As selling of property is regular phenomenon for any progressive, growth-oriented Builder / Developer, now for such purpose, Builders/Developers can rely on CRD Properties and can give details of projects, properties, location, amenities, cost and other relevant details through E-mail at  Builders may also handover some Brochures, Cost Sheets etc. to CRD Properties in the same connection.

CRD Properties hereby request all Builders/Developers to please sign or get the Service Charges Acceptance Letter (SCAL) signed by the Director or Concerned Authority and scan and E-mail the same at and courier the original SCAL at CRD Properties’ office address for our record purpose. A copy of Service Charges Acceptance letter can be obtained from CRD Properties for acceptance and signing purpose.
