  • Online Portals : We know how to screen the right customer effectively from various online portals, databases and can recommend right and wiling customer to your organization for buying the property.
  • Internet Marketing : We get in touch with the right customer by using almost all tools and facilities required for Internet Marketing which includes Mass E-mailing, Online Chatting, Web Conferencing, blogs and other related means and system.
  • Advertisement : We also release advertisements as per guidelines of the organization and thereafter can do all other jobs of calling customers, explaining, matching the requirement of the customer with availability of inventory, discussing etc. so that work load of the Builder / Developer reduces considerably.

Our service charges certain percentage of the agreement value plus taxes as applicable as per Govt. rules and regulations. Exact percentage  of Service Charges is to be discussed and recorded in advance with CRD Properties before availing services of CRD Properties. As and when any advertisement is released as per your guidelines, charges for developing, designing & publishing of such advertisement will be extra and to be borne by Builder / Developer.

Once any customer recommended from our side signs the agreement to purchase the property, you are requested to please inform the same to us on immediate basis and provide details of the agreement and property. As purchasing of the property is a time consuming process, we would request you to please keep us informed about the progress at all stages including visit, phone calls etc. of the customer at different point of time to your site/office.

As selling of property is regular phenomenon for any progressive, growth-oriented Builder / Developer, now for such purpose, you can rely on us and can give details of your projects, properties, location, amenities, cost and other relevant details through E-mail at crdprop@gmail.com. You may also handover some Brochures, Cost Sheets etc. to us in the same connection.

We also would request you to please sign or get the Service Charges Acceptance Letter (SCAL) signed by the Director or Concerned Authority and scan and E-mail the same at crdprop@gmail.com and courier the original SCAL at our office address, for our record purpose.
